Typical problems we solve:
Problem 1: Project management and delivery
One client was struggling to deliver projects,
with late deliveries and budget over-runs commonplace. We
helped them to develop a best practice and showed them
how to use the functions in MS Project that were
important to them. 
Problem 2: Project life cycle and change management
One of the UK's leading apparel manufacturers needed
better and more consistent ways of working within the UK
and across its global sites. MCL implemented a product
lifecycle management (PLM) solution for them, including
project management, change management, training and
software configuration.
Problem 3: Management of images
Another client had no structured way of working with images.
This meant that they were re-creating images because they couldn't
find originals and also paying out substantial money as a result of
copyright infringements. We implemented an image database for them, as
well helping them to get the best out of it.
Problem 4: Website implementation
An existing client needed us to manage the
implementation of their new web site - and write the copy
and source images as well.
Problem 5: Content and web management
Another of our clients needed to replace its existing,
home-grown content management system for its web sites
but didn't have resources available to do it. We guided
them through the selection process and helped them to
plan the project.
Problem 6: Strategy for independent school
An independent school needed help in developing its strategy, including marketing and
recruitment, consolidation on one site and a review of its management information systems.
