And not just in head offices - we've also managed and motivated field management teams to achieve sales and profitability targets.
The team's experience has been enhanced by the management of the inevitable downsizing and/or merging of retailers in recent years. We've provided guidance on the integration and cultural change of two diverse retail businesses, as well as implementing and managing a downsizing program involving the closure of thirty stores and associated redundancies.
