MCL has delivered vendor portals for some of the UK's leading fashion retailers.

One client needed to be able to record the ethical trade certification for the product suppliers and factories they used and to minimise the effort involved in so doing. MCL assisted in the shortlisting and selection of the solution provider, managed the implementation and even followed up by providing its own solution for automatically extracting and processing data from new suppplier applications.

MCL ran the project: we planned it, budgeted it, defined the requirements, helped to shortlist the solution providers, evaluated them, worked with the successful provider to deliver the requirements on time and on budget.

We were even retained to provide a technical solution to the problem our client experienced in processing many applications from new suppliers. MCL developed software which read the applications and routed them into the to the correct internal reviewer within the Vendor Portal.
